How do I place an order?

Simply browse our shop, select your preferred chappal, choose your size and color, and click “Order on WhatsApp.” Fill in your details and you’ll be connected to us on WhatsApp with your complete order information. We’ll confirm the order and arrange delivery.

What payment methods do you accept?

We operate on Cash on Delivery (COD) only. You pay when your order arrives at your doorstep. No advance payment or online payment is required.

Can I order multiple items?

Yes! You can add multiple items to your cart and then send the complete order via WhatsApp.

Are your chappals made of real leather?

Yes, our leather collection is made from 100% genuine leather. Each product description clearly mentions the materials used.

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements. If you’re between sizes, we recommend going one size up. You can also message us on WhatsApp for personalized sizing help.

Do your chappals stretch over time?

Yes, genuine leather chappals will stretch slightly with regular wear and mold to the shape of your feet for a custom fit.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery takes 2-4 working days for major cities and 4-6 days for remote areas. Check our Shipping & Returns page for details.

Is delivery free?

Yes, delivery is FREE on orders above PKR 3,000. A flat fee of PKR 200 applies for orders below PKR 3,000.

Do you deliver to my city?

We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan through our trusted courier partners.

What is your return policy?

Can I exchange for a different size?
